中國石化新聞網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)油氣工程12月1日消息稱，在巴林石油部長謝赫·穆罕默德·哈利法·哈利法的見證下， BSC石油天然氣控股公司(nogaholding)宣布與空氣產(chǎn)品公司簽署諒解備忘錄（MoU）。
石油部長說：“在全球溫室氣體排放增加和國際上對氫日益認(rèn)可的情況下，這項(xiàng)聯(lián)合努力探索了在運(yùn)輸部門將氫開發(fā)為可持續(xù)燃料的可行性，以及巴林向低碳能源組合過渡的途徑。我們很榮幸與空氣產(chǎn)品公司合作。”
在談到循環(huán)碳經(jīng)濟(jì)時，謝赫·穆罕默德闡述道：“捕獲碳來提高天然氣質(zhì)量已經(jīng)實(shí)行了數(shù)十年，但是尖端技術(shù)“碳捕獲、利用和存儲（CCUS）”可以無限期地去除和封存二氧化碳。它將是一個游戲規(guī)則的改變者，將廢物變成可銷售的商業(yè)或工業(yè)產(chǎn)品?！?/span>
這位部長補(bǔ)充說:“巴林王國承諾與世界其他國家共同努力，對抗氣候變化。氫的使用、循環(huán)碳經(jīng)濟(jì)和液化天然氣再氣化將在解決清潔能源環(huán)境方面發(fā)揮作用，同時應(yīng)對日益增長的能源需求的全球挑戰(zhàn)。我們渴望與著名的國際機(jī)構(gòu)合作進(jìn)行研究和創(chuàng)新以跨越式發(fā)展我們的油氣行業(yè)。我們期待與空氣產(chǎn)品公司密切合作，他們將分享其在工業(yè)氣體方面的豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)和技術(shù)知識，以釋放國家的潛力?！?/span>

Bahrain's Oil and Gas Holding Company and Air Products sign hydrogen economy MoU
Under the patronage of H.E. Shaikh Mohamed Khalifa Al-Khalifa, Bahrain’s Minister of Oil, The Oil and Gas Holding Company B.S.C. (c) (nogaholding) has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Air Products.
The Minister of Oil said: “Amid global challenge of greenhouse gas emission and increasing international recognition of hydrogen’s benefit, this joint effort explores the viability of developing hydrogen as a sustainable fuel in the transport sector as well as an avenue to the transition of a lower carbon energy mix in Bahrain. We are honoured to partner with Air Products.”
Speaking on the circular carbon economy, H.E. Shaikh Mohamed elaborated: “Capturing carbon to improve the quality of natural gas has been practiced for decades but the cutting-edge technology “Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage (CCUS)” removes and sequesters carbon dioxide (CO2) indefinitely. It will be a game changer that turns a waste product into marketable commercial or industrial products.”
The Minister added: “The Kingdom of Bahrain is committed to working collectively with the rest of the world to combat climate change. Hydrogen usage, circular carbon economy and LNG regasification would play a role in the solutions for a clean energy environment while addressing the global challenge of growing energy needs. We are keen to collaborate with prominent international institutions on researches and innovations to leapfrog the development of our oil and gas sector. We look forward to working closely with Air Products who would share its vast experience and technological know-how in industrial gases to unlock the Kingdom’s potential.”
